If you have issue with a trip that has been completed, go to Trip History and use the feedback form in your app. We are always happy to help and will respond as soon as possible. If the issue is about an ongoing trip, you can send a message or give us a call directly from your app. (standard call rates apply).
Some experiences can be booked at any time up to 60 days in advance, you should always aim to schedule one few days before your preferred time due to availability.
We always email a receipt at the end of your trip. In case you don’t received one from us, you should check your email SPAM or get in touch.
