We do not use vulnerability scanning and/or scanning to PCI standards. An external PCI compliant payment gateway handles all CC transactions. We use regular Malware Scanning. Your personal information is contained behind secured networks and is only accessible by a limited number of persons who have special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. In addition, all sensitive/credit information you supply is encrypted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology by our third-party payment processor (Stripe and Paypal). All transactions are processed through a gateway provider and are not stored or processed on our servers.

If you do not want the driver to see your picture, you can always remove it from the app.

You can always unsubscribe from our commercial or promotional emails, but we will still send you transactional and relational emails about your account use of the Huptown Platform.

You can opt out of receiving commercial or promotional text messages by contacting us from any of the available methods in-side the app.

3. Push Notifications

As push notifications are required to optimise our offerings and programming, you may not opt out. However, if you do have concerns about any current push notification feature on your app, you can contact us through any of the available methods and sources.

4. Location Information

While you can prevent your device from sharing location information at any time through your Device’s operating system settings, Rider and Driver location is core to the Huptown Platform and without it we can’t provide our services to you.

We do include and offer third-party products and services on our website through the aggregation of various Experiences.
